 I feel like Barbie in this outfit. Decked out in pink from head to toe, and a sparkling sequin bag to match.

Wonder Wednesday: In Flight

I decided to take a walk with my camera through the neighborhood earlier last week. For those of you who follow my twitter, you may have seen a tweet that read "Stood knee deep in a field of bees for the perfect shot". I should probably mention that I'm anaphylactic.

Still, I think my patience paid off. While I love taking outfit photos, it is still such a joy to get behind the camera and put all those college photography classes and my art degree to use.

 This dress if taken on it's own, I would imagine was originally intended to be quite the sexy little number. However with a few accessories and some unexpected layering, I think I've found myself a dress that strikes a perfect balance of playful and sporty. What do you think?

Need Your Help! - Updated!

Recently I was contacted by VideofyMe, and asked to participate in a video contest showcasing my "favorite fashion moment of the summer". I chose: getting dressed! Is there any better part of the day when you open your closet, and choose who you are going to be?
For the outfit I chose a sheer, shimmery hi-lo dress with playful floral socks and my trusty pair of Miu Miu heels.
Will you please vote for me? I would be honored to make it to the top 10. From there my video will be judged by H&M's creative advisor, and several others. The winner will attend MBFW in Stockholm!!
