Jump into It!

Introducing my first jumper set! Well, my first since I turned 10 years old. I was so excited when I found this: I put it on, and fell in love. I think the hat makes it all the more fun. I'm hoping these warm weather outfit posts will invoke the temperature to rise back up to summer-y temps.

So, it's freezing. It was in the mid nineties last week, and now it's in the fifties. When it was hot, i was ecstatic! I was so happy, on cloud nine! Now it's cold and I feel a little dumbfounded. Will it ever be warm again? My brain has already switched over to dressing in summer clothes, and I'm having a hard time thinking in "winter". (ps. sorry for my little racoon eyes! New Again

Today's outfit was 90% vintage; and I didn't even realize it until the day was almost over. Sweetest thing ever? My earrings and shoes are the exact same color. I also have a polish that is the same color as well. I think that this color is quickly becoming my favorite color.

Tutu to you too!

I have been craving a tutu as of recent! I was wandering the mall after getting my brows done, and there it was: black, white and pink tutu's hanging from the wall in one of the stores, and then it struck me (much like a bolt of lightening): I need a tutu in my life/wardrobe! Evidence below.

Seeing as Marc Jacobs probably won't be lending me his any time soon, and that I probably won't be able to afford Comme des Garcon's....does any one know where I can get my hands on one?

In Vogue?

The last couple of weeks I have been writing and editing and rewriting two essays that I hope will be published in Vogue. While reading through the March edition of British Vogue I came across the call for the Talent Contest for Young Writers. It was fate; the cover model Lily Donaldson was even wearing an Alexander McQueen dress!

I wish so much that I could share my entrees with you; But I don't think I am allowed to. Winner will be announced in the October issue. Wish me luck my lovelies!

An Ode to April

* I'm not pro war! It's my "raw" shirt. Who would have thought that raw would have made me
a Republican? (I joke!) Here are some pictures of my raw eats! The first one is coconut pudding with raspberries, and the second is a cantaloupe with blueberries, blackberries and Keefer and agave nectar.

I am caught up on pictures! Whew! Are you visually overwhelmed? I only know where my shoes and sweater came from: Shoes; F21, and sweater; Victoria's Secret. The skirt is corduroy, and my shoes have a woven rope texture. So much fun! Oh, and the lovely new Lockheart purse is from my wonderful boyfriends mother!
